After guiding Singapore’s iconic Manhattan Bar to the top of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Cedric returned to Manila to helm Recraft: an experimental neighbourhood bar known for inventive cocktails, playful takes on classics, and warm, world-class hospitality.
